NESTLING SEASON 2018Our first nestling arrived today from Columbia, SC. It’s a Great horned owl that is approximately 10 days old. Ideally, the bird would have stayed with its parents but that isn’t always an option. We are lucky that our surrogate, Betbait, has already assumed her position as the bird’s primary caretaker.
