I’m not crying, my eyes are just sweating! . But really though, I’m so frustrate

I’m not crying, my eyes are just sweating! . But really though, I’m so frustrated. I have been more in point with my nutrition for the past three weeks than I ever have I my life, and for some reason my body is fighting me so hard. After my initial water drop in the first couple of days I’ve lost maybe 2 pounds. Every time the scale goes down it’s guaranteed to shoot right back up the next day. I have no idea what’s going on. I know I haven’t been cutting for that long, but my body has never been this slow to lose weight - especially on the macros I’m on now. I started this cut 16 weeks out to give myself plenty of time to come in leaner than ever, and here I am making no progress I almost wish I was slacking somewhere so there would be a REASON for this.
