Mashed steamed garnet yams with baked chicken and steamed green beans. Mashed yams or sweet potatoes are a delicious alternative to potatoes and plenty healthy also. Peel and cube your yams, and place them in a steamer for thirty minutes. This locks in all the nutrients. Then simply mash with some grass fed butter or coconut butter, scallions and thyme.
