Twinkie post op update: Her surgery was successful and uneventful! She had two doctors working on her the entire time and she is now back home resting, well medicated, and definitely wanting out of her padded doggo sized enclosure. It hurt to see her like this, but she’s a strong and fiesty little orange girl. She’s been doing a lot of sleeping since yesterday due to the heavy pain meds she’s on, but is up and wanting to cause trouble a few hours later. It’s so weird seeing her tail nub move about without a point. I’m just just grateful she’s still here. It could have been so much worse. Thank you all who’ve asked about her and check in on her.
