Today was phenomenal! Breakfast in bed, learning my credit score and dinner at my favourite pho place… it has been an overall pretty decent day! I’ve been sitting in front of my computer for the past six hours getting myself organized and a few photos edited… and I’m in a pretty great mood! Tomorrow, I will finally be meeting a mental health professional to work on being diagnosed. After experiencing manic depression for more than half of my life, I owe myself this diagnosis and am so happy to be taking this giant – and terrifying – step! .
