skipsngiggles: Been a while since I’ve posted on this challenge. Back in early September @t3athletics posted a challenge to do 500 pushups and 500 situps, see how fast you could get it done. My arms being super weak I set myself 25 minutes and tackled the task to see how much I could get done…which equated to 240 situps and 125 pushups at that time. I had done better than I thought and was encouraged that I could work up to it. Let’s do this! Today, I told myself I was going to do 50/20 sets and wouldn’t quit until I hit the 500 situps. Took me just over 27 minutes. Getting there. Arms still weaker than I’d like but definitely getting stronger. Thanks for the challenge, Tom! Gettin it. Don’t give up. Keep workin’.
