I love my cardio exercising like riding my road bike, running, swimming and dancing but i also like to do some strength exercising or yoga / pilates workouts at home. I used to workout in the gym but i feel like it isn’t necessary to have a membership somewhere to train and to stay fit! Quite the opposite I just love to train outside, having fresh air around me. I want to share my favorite workouts in the future with you that you can do at home or outside, no equipment needed! Because it’s easy to move your body, to stay fit & healthy.
