Twice a year in Ikskile (pron. Ichkile), Latvia, there is a fair where people come from Russia, Belorussia, Ukraine, Baltic countries, Germany etc. The fair is famous for its WWII relics, but it has a glorious look to it. It is truly lost in time and unpretentious. Many sellers sleep on the grass and cook there too. And they drink!!! -- source link
