I’M SO EXCITED!!!!!) 1 mile run, varying incline intervals between 1 and 1.5 2*8, 1*5, 1*10 75lbs Deadlifts 2*5 45lbs Clean and Pull 3*15 Pulldowns 55lbs, 3*5@75lbs 4*15 26.4lbs Goblet Squat 2*15 Hammer Curl into Tri Kickback 15lbs Some Burpee Hell of a Cooldown (5 Burpees 10”r)*2 (10 Burpees 20”r)*2 5 Burpees Nothing TOO crazy, but I still feel a bit dead haha.
