Just back from Las Vegas! Always an entertaining destination. Here’s one of my culinary discovery: Adobada fries, a mexican twist on poutine. Fries are covered in Adobada pork, pork marinated in a red chilli sauce with vinegar and oregano and roasted on a huge shawarma stick. Then it’s covered in layers of cheese, crema, salsa verde and guacamole… Looks pretty disgusting, but it’s very tasty. We finished it. http://ift.tt/1YAyaJC -- source link
