when we have groupings at school, i always avoid one position. the leader. it’s no secret that the leader has to carry heavier burden than the members; they have to accept that their position will give them a sense of inequality. it’s unfair, but someone has to do it. over the past years, from evading the leader position, i’ve come to, let’s just say, claim the role of the leader. not only did i learn to become responsible, i learned to be more sensitive and care for my members. i do things not to benefit myself, but the entire group. i learned to believe in my co-members, even if some have bad reputation; i learned be less judgmental and just have faith that no one is useless, and that everybody has potential.i owe my leadership skills to the one and only kwon jiyong ♡♡♡ when people commend me on being a leader, i silently thank you for allowing us vips to witness your leadership in bigbang. happy birthday g-dragon ♡♡♡ -- source link
