I decided to make some new Shovel Knight OCs, one based on a pun, the other based on a new mythological creature I found about. X3Devil Knight and Zitiron Knight are siblings raised in the same weaponry techniques. However, thanks to various circumstances, they took entirely different paths, taking deals that gave them strong powers that remain at odds with each other. Despite the abilities, and morality points at different ends, they are still close and cordial to each other, so better be wary if you choose to fight one when the other is around!Devil Knight was always a bargain-taker. Anything for powers, even if she didn’t understand them. She kind of forced herself under the tutelage of Specter Knight, and by that, she just follows him around and tries to mimic what she thinks he’s like. Affiliated very vaguely with The Order of No Quarter, she is willing to take new offers or give out offers, anything for a sample of more power, no matter how much it’s twisting her body.Pros: Promise-keeping, influentialCons: Doggedly stubborn, riskyZitiron Knight took a path opposite of his older sister. Saving some important people gave him the abilities of a fish…somewhat! Now a merknight, he patrols the seas. A thorn in the side of Treasure Knight, he just wants to make sure the sea life is healthy and happy, and constant treasure hunting doesn’t make them that happy! He’s also very chummy with Shovel Knight, though he’s pretty insistent that the shovel wielder is hiding something like he has under that helmet!Pros: Fast swimmer, amiableCons: Useless on land, budges in to help when he’s not wanted -- source link
