Greetings, meat machines! Happy (belated) Valentine’s Day. While I do not condone a holiday filled with waxy, cheap chocolates, chalky candy hearts, and sappy poems, I DO fully support cardiovascular health! BOOYEAH. So, take your heart on a date. Personally, I took mine for a brisk two-hour shoveling of snow, followed by a 5-mile walk in said snow.
