“Take back the city with A Pop-Up Garden! A collaborative effort between Nicola Antaki, SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action), and Fresh & Local. A Pop-Up Garden is a structure that uses a variety of plants to create a semi-private, beautiful and productive outdoor space. The garden can grow edible, medicinal, fragrant and air-filtering plants; as well as contain composting units that convert kitchen waste into necessary plant food to sustain the garden. The shaded room created by the garden, measures about 3m x 3m and can be used for a multitude of activities including: gardening; talking privately with friends or in a meeting; relaxing; enjoying tea; exercising and reading the paper.” A wonderful website to discover: www.apopupgarden.com -- source link
