Hey, y'all. It’s been forever since I’ve been on here. Between my gramma dying, having to get a restraining order against my ex, graduating college, and trying to transition into work at the zoo I’ve been neglecting my fitness and health. I’ve gained about 50lbs since I graduated in 2015 and I’m starting to take steps to reverse that. For the past 3 weeks I’ve been eating (mostly) clean and doing daily cardio to try to jump-start my healthy lifestyle again. I renewed my membership to my powerlifting gym this morning and will be trying to get there 3+ times a week and also trying to get back to and surpass my totals from the past. I’ll be checking in and trying to use this as motivation yet again. Excited to see and hear from y'all again, I’ve missed you so very much. -- source link
