Blue cheese twice baked potato. w whipped bone marrow. Up until a few weeks ago I didn’t even know you could whip bone marrow. But it turns out you can and it’s really good. I baked russet potatoes at 400° for an 45 mins. Let them cool down a little then scooped the potato out into a bowl. Added whipped bone marrow, butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Refilled the hollowed out potato skins and baked them again for about 20 mins. Topped them with danish blue cheese and baked until cheese melted.
