I think a submissive can be demanding, in the right circumstances. I think she can beckon her Dominant over, or expect something to be done. Submission isn’t a surrender of independence, not entirely.  Instead, it’s more about allowing yourself to be placed in the care of someone else, for an extended period of time. They look after you at the same time as filling in all those holes that a vanilla relationship ignores.
