so when you make nut milk you get the leftover pulp which is too expensive to just chuck out. what you can do is make some bliss balls out of them. this recipe is inspired by vibrant plate ingredients↠ 1 cup leftover almond pulp↠ 1 cup soft dates↠ ½ cup psyllium husk↠ 2 tsp cacao↠ 1 tsp melted coconut oil↠ 1 segment of orange↠ pinch of salt↠ 2 tsp cinnamonmethodpulse together almond pulp & dates in a food processor to break the ingredients apart. add psyllium husk, cacao, coconut oil, orange, and salt. blend in food processor until thoroughly combined and you get a sticky blended mixture that will hold together. remove the dough from the food processor and add to a bowl. take a pinch of dough, press together and then roll into a small ball. place on a plate and repeat to use up all the mixture. on a separate plate sprinkle the cinnamon and roll the balls to coat. store in fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. -- source link
