Drew my own gijinka of that crazy telephone and I just couldn’t resist going for an object-head animatronic monstrosity for the look of mine. Tartar here is trying his best to take on a more human-like form but he had to improvise a little bit due to lack of material, but hey he’s got a pretty radical uniform (where did he get that?). -- source link
