Needs lots of tweaking and testing (and more clothes), but here’s a proof of concept for one of my bodyshape tweaks. I’m calling it Momma Lisa Chestbound. I might make the fat morph chest a little flatter, or I might leave it as-is. Binding gets harder to do the larger your chest is, and fat cis men have bigger chests too.
