Hello loves, This is my Rachel Zoe inspired outfit today. Everything is Forever 21. The skirt I am wearing is actually starts with simple black pencil skirt. The chiffon skirt is actually a leather trimmed belt which can be worn over anything and creates a slit in front. I then wore a long sleeve lace crop top with a black fedora and booties to match.
