The simplicity of the church where I work seems to be hit or miss with people I’ve encountered. You either love it, or hate it - and I think I love it. The walls are plain, but the windows and details are stunning when sunlight shines through serving as a reminder of the beauty God’s light can create ✨⠀ .⠀ To be fair though, I’ve also regularly attended mass at a church designed purposefully to look like the inside of Christ’s tomb.
