mandareeboo: If prisons were the major experimental running ground for this operation, I have to question which kinds of prisoners they used. Were they all murderers, or would any violent crime do? Was there any kind of class or race discrimination? Were inmates who received letters safer than the ones with no one? If the whole idea was to use ‘dangerous’ people, or ppl that wouldn’t be missed as much, that forces us all to ask the question of what the government defined as most to least dangerous. It forces us to ask who they viewed as safe people to kill. I think it’s just the people on death row -- source link
