HOW MANY CALORIES DO I NEED TO LOSE FAT In my recent YouTube video upload, I take you through the simple process of working out the calories you need to start burning fat. Check it out! You’ll need to know your current body weight, height, your perceived level of physical activity each day/week, whether you have any previous conditions etc. to work out your starting calories. The it will be a matter of trial and error once you have worked out your starting calories to see whether it allows you to lose between 1-2 pounds a week which, in my opinion, is the best rate of weight loss to optimise fat loss and maximise muscle retention.
