The Roshar Project↳ HerdazHerdaz is a coastal north-eastern kingdom on Roshar that boarders Alethkar and Jah Keved. They are one of the five Vorin Kingdoms, but they put their own spin on it that differs from it’s more devout neighbours. It is home to the proud and vibrant Herdazians, whose stony fingernails are inherited traits from their Listener ancestors. The flinty nails are used with spark flickers worn on their person to start fires, sometimes as street performances. Herdaz has one set of shardplate and blade which is passed down through the royal family. A large diaspora community lives on the Shattered Plains and “Little Herdaz” is located in Sebarial’s Camp. -- source link
