WIP: Same house but I’m working on the kitchen…One of the things I like best about reading other people’s requests or looking at their posts is that it often causes me to think, “Didn’t I have that item back when…?” and I’ll dig out some piece of cc I haven’t used in a long (very long) time.Someone at GoS wanted these cabinets (Cashcraft Traditional Kitchen) without the clutter in them. I sorta remembered doing that and went digging for them (someone else very speedily fulfilled the request before I got back to it). But I had these great walls by @deatherella that I really wanted to use so I put the cabinets (from 2015) up to look at them. I’m not sure you can see the not-so-great textures in the first pic. Back then, I operated on the “overkill” plan and I had done these cabinets in at least 30 colors- only 1 of which am I willing to keep. So I’ve now redone the template for the cabinet, still need to redo the one for the counter and took a break from that to make separate objects out of all the clutter deco from the cabinets.So today went down a side track but ended up pretty productive. -- source link
