Vivian SobchackWhat magic, religion, and science have most in common, however, and what creates a profound and irrevocable bond bewteeen them in spite of their differences is that they all attempt to describe and confront the unknown in a manner which will satisfy man’s huner for security and control. Since all three modes of action affect man in society, they are always in constant interaction in every society, cooperating or battling with each other for social dominance.
