dysaniadisorder:sappling:sappling:Happy New Year y’all I’ll be moving across the country by myself at the end of this month and I really need some help. Hesitant to share this, but I don’t want my fear of asking for help to be what stops me from making a positive and necessary change in my life! I’m a Black non-binary gardener and food justice advocate from Los Angeles asking for your support to put down new roots in Atlanta. The tree you see above symbolizes all the ways I hope to grow, the kind of abundant future I want to bring into fruition, and what the strong foundation required to make it all possible.I have to move out of my shared apartment by the end of this month so I only have a few weeks to raise funds. Any funds you donate will go toward my moving expenses and help me to secure a reliable car for when I get there. Donation Links Venmo Ca$happPaypal ☆ Thank you for reading, boosting and donating if you’re able to. ☆Update: I’m less than 2 weeks away from moving and it’s still black history month !! Please keep this post circulating and feel free to repost it elsewhere. Any additional support would be GREATLY appreciated as moving expenses have really been adding up and the date is just around the corner. Thank you [ID: a digital drawing of a black person with a red afro wearing a garders outfit, holding a watering can and leaning against a giant tree, smiling. Above the tree, giant text says “Help a black queer non binary gardener move!” Theres text all around the tree leaves, that say “Learning”, “Communal growing space”, “sharing resources”, “healing”, “regenerative agriculture”, and “food justice”. The text on the tree trunk says “Community support”. And the text on the tree roots say “Stability”, “Housing”, and “Transportantion”.The second image has a background of clouds and the text at the top once again says “Help a black queer non binary gardener move!” The rest of the text on the image says: “Hi, my name is Kennedy, I am a Black non-binary gardener and food justice advocate from Los Angeles who is preparing to move across the country at the start of 2021. This change will help me gain stability and work toward the greater goal of shared growing spaces that nurture both community and the land we live on. Please help me plant seeds for an abundant future! This mutual aid will assist with my cross country moving expenses and secure reliable transportation when I get to Atlanta. Thank you for your support during this transition!”Underneath the text theres three barcodes, the first is a venmo one and above it it says “@/kennAM”. The second is a cashapp one labeled “$kennedyarn”. The third is a paypal one labeled “kennarn”. end ID]thank you for adding the image description!! -- source link
