Y/N is rescuing a pitbull at the local shelter. Extremely helpful and charming volunteer Liam Payne offers to help. He takes her from kennel to kennel, introducing her to dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. He also asks her about her activity level, the size of her yard, and how many hours she’ll spend at home with the dog, and it’s extremely refreshing for her to meet someone so invested in rescue dogs well being! When he introduces her to the beautiful pitbull Creamsicle, she knows she’s in love. He harnesses Creamsicle up and together they go on a walk together so he can show her the basic obedience Creamie knows. Tears come to Y/N’s eyes–this is the perfect dog for her! Once they’re back at the shelter, Liam goes through paperwork with Y/N, and gives her the number of one of his fellow volunteers, a very pretty girl he could tell was checking out Y/N the whole time. “She loves Creamsicle…I bet she’d like to see her again,” he assures her.
