Shaky sigil due to heart rate I have to stay in the hospital overnight due to an asthma attack. CT scan ruled out blood clots. They don’t know whats wrong and I am Freaking. The. Fuck. Out. I am not strong. I cry when I hear a cat meow. It’s too cute. I need to be brave. The sigil is drawn on my chest When they drew blood, I visualized my feelings of panic leaving (that didn’t work tbh) If anyone wants to give me more advice on keeping me calm, I’d love to hear it.
