Over the past couple months staff and students got me into Magic the Gathering x.x. And yesterday was the beginning of our school club for MTG with an even to teach students (and staff) how to play. I wish I had taken better pictures (and more throughout the event) because they don’t do it justice. The turnout was huge for my school. Over 25 kids came as well as 5 teachers, parents, and the entire family of a student whose family player-base goes back 3 generations!A big thank you to Wizards of the Coast for providing the training decks, mats, and play guide. You’ve helped bring a lot of anxious students out of their shells and provided a safe place for them to have fun. -- source link
