Turkey leg adobo/adobong pabo… Turkey drumsticks were cheap at the store and I didn’t want to mess up baking them (I can’t bake for shit, even if these did go in the oven, it’s different when they’re in sauce) so I said why not do what I like best: adobo. Ho-lee-shit it’s fucking delicious. It’s sooooo messy - This is a HANDS ON dish!! I only kept it pretty for the photo, but the mess is so worth it. ((Except the legs have a lot of gristle, but still!!))
