OMFGWTFBBQHoly s@#$! So, I’m tracking down some info on one of the execs at TIDIS - let’s call him Douchebro - and I find phone logs between him and a venture capitalist he’s trying to court. VC dude starts asking about the expansion plans, right? So far, no big deal. These companies are always expanding. But then Douchebro laughs. “Oh, they’re great!” he says, “No one has a f@#!$% clue.”So my little DedSec ears perk right up. Clue? I’m all about finding clues and tracking down s@#$ people don’t want me to know.TIDIS is expanding. No surprise with the success of their little RC robot spies—I mean, security. Every major tech company in the valley is buying them. So production is going way up. It’s too high for their current manufacturing set up. But TIDIS is super proud of how “made in America” they are. So they can’t just open up a new plant in China. They need to keep a percentage of their manufacturing here.Where do you think they’re gonna expand? Oakland. Of course. Because Oakland has tons of industrial parks and then there’s the oil refinery and there’s plenty of land next to their current plant in Oakland and they can just hide whatever the hell they want to out there. Like not buffing up manufacturing standards to account for increased production. Like not giving a f@#$ about pumping pollutants into the air and the water and the goddamned ground we walk on.I couldn’t find everything I need… but there was some s@#$ about chemical byproducts causing a high rate of birth defects and health problems in kids and teens. Because their bodies are still developing.You hear about this kinda s@#$ happening, but you never expect to see it. You hope you won’t see it!
