It shouldn’t be any secret by now that I have particularly fat limbs. I’ve even done sets solely dedicated to them because I feel like they deserve their own spotlight!However, I haven’t ever really done a set solely about my knees and elbows - or lack thereof!If I’m being honest, I can’t even really remember the last time I was able to fully see either of them! My arms and legs have been so thick my whole life that I’ve never really had the experience of bony elbows or knees. As much as I’ve fattened up - it’s really only made those body parts seem to disappear even more! They’re completely clouded in chub at this point.
