wolveswithhats:Don’t get me wrong, I’m absolutely over the moon about Locke’s addition to NT, but his character design is just a smidge too clean and polished for a so-called “trail-worn traveler.”I tend more towards a real mud-slung adventurer type who hasn’t shaved in weeks and cuts his own hair with a knife because he’s been sleeping in the woods and could not be bothered to care what he looks like. He probably smells like worn leather and campfire smoke and has greasy river-washed hair. There’s blood and dirt under his nails because he hunts for his own food, and his pack is equal parts salted meats and found relics. He might leave room for clean underclothes, but not much else. He’s a real sloppy lad, a scruff lord. That’s my boy. -- source link
