My world just stopped. I found this maker on Instagram, which over the past few years has introduced me to countless amazingly talented artists. But these, she, this…stopped my world. I am so in love. Through a bit of a language barrier we discussed what I was looking for; three moths, three styles, one MUST be white etc. lots of screen shots with circles and such. She said one week and then she shipped them off to me. Every day I would run to the mail box hoping my moths were there knowing they might not arrive until Oct. Today when I saw the envelope with Russian postage I got all jittery. Then I opened it to find the COOLEST packaging ever…hand sewn! Then these moths. I’m not sure I’ve ever loved a material thing as much as these moths. Ive always had a special thing for moths, white especially, since a drunken (or something) night in high school when a couple friends of mine and I sat around a bonfire talking about everyone we knew and what bugs they were and I was assigned a white moth (because “when you squish it, it turns to dust” ) Thank you @tetka_aida They are perfect.
