Rawnola: ½ cup rolled oats, ½ shredded coconut, 9 medjool dates, ¼ tsp vanilla. Pulse in blender. (Adding a couple spoons of hot cocoa powder makes it extra delicious.) You can also bake it for 10 minutes at 325 degrees for extra crunch -- source link
