So. This is me right now. This is 6 weeks of no working out, eating at least one burger a week, and generally not giving a shit Leading up to my wedding I went harder then ever, also meaning I restricted evvveerryytthhiingg! I literally didn’t eat a carb for 4 weeks!!! So when the wedding was over, I binged, and I mean I binged on everything nearly every day! And now, I feel like shit. I’m addicted to sugar and fat again and look like a bloated potato! But more importantly my depression has never been worse, my skin is a mess, my hair is dry and I’m tired all.the.damn.time!!! Which brings me to my point ☝️ yes I have put on weight, but I forgot what eating healthy and working out does for my mental health, not just my bod! Having abs is a blast, but feeling happy in myself and in my head is why IM GOING TO THE GYM!
