Yesterday I performed in my friend’s memorial concert. Lots of tearful moments, but it was lovely meeting old friends! - But being in downtown Bangkok is always super stressful especially if you have been under a lot of stress! I am glad we live in a very quiet place. It really makes a huge difference with the level of stress hormones. - Last night I had a very good recovery sleep - I never had so much REM!!! - Bad news: Noa woke up with high fever and some coughs. Fortunately he fell in sleep again so I have been trying to eat well to optimize my milk production!! I need to get more Vitamin C!!! I have a week until my next concert but tomorrow is the first rehearsal….
