Next week I’ll take the exam on Japanese Literature, and for a strange coincidence the theme of this month’s Character Design Challenge is Samurai&Geisha. She’s Tomoko Inutsume, an onna-bugeisha (woman warrior of the samurai class, very similar to the nordic shield-maiden), and her faithful companion, the dog-spirit Shirokiba. -- source link
