We scooped out the guts and mixed them into a magic mango passionfruit and coconut raw kind of cake thingy majiggy!!! We used cashews, coco cream, a little chia, a little maple, a little cinnamon, alotta love and giggles and spoon licking (imperative part of the process!) a couple of bananas, a good handful of frozen mangoes and ofcourse passionfruit! Its crustless but i caramalised pistachios with maple syrup, a little pink salt and rose petals. yum. if you want exact quantities, just ask! im the type of person who writes that stuff down now!!!
