Made muesli slices for my housemates using @goodnessmebox sample of @gluxemuesli HUNTER mix …mixed together with coconut honey and tahini, buckwheat, coconut, cinnamon and topped with coconut sugar makes for an excellent breakfast/lunch/afternoon/midnight snack! This was kind of slap everything in and hope it works out right so here’s a pretty rough recipe for you, but it’s pretty impossible to wrong, if you’ve got any nuts, seeds, spices etc throw them in and cross your fingers, I’m sure you’ll enjoy, and i hope you do!!!2 cups buckwheat2 cups oats1 tbs cinnamon1 cup coconut flakes1 cup hunter mix by gluxe muesli.2 cups Dried fruit: sultanas, figs, dates, etc are all fantastic and yummy and heallthyyy½ - 1 ½ cups any nuts, walnuts, pecans, peanuts, almonds, pistachios or a combination 2 tbs psyllium huskspinch of salt (optional)¼ cup coco honey 2-3 cups tahini METHOD:Mix all dry ingredients either in a bowl or a deep baking dishPreheat oven to 180 degrees (celcius)Combine tahini and coco honey, add some water anywhere between ¼ cup to 2, not too watery so you lose the sesame taste but enough to moisten the whole mix. add little by little to dry mix, and combine until it’s all soft but NOT TOO SOFT! :P sprinkle sesame seeds over the top and place in oven for 20 minutes then rotate, sprinkle a little coconut sugar over the top to caramlise and place back in oven - if you have a grill function, blast that at the end!!!!allow to cool for 10 min before slicing and leaving on a rack for at least 30 minutes, but they ‘re delicious warm and with a cup of tea, like i said at any time… i made these for my housemates but admittedly ate more than my fair share. enjoy experimenting guys!!! <3 -- source link
