Makeyevka Metallurgical Plant. Donetsk region. 1975. It was one of the largest metallurgical plants in the USSR ; in ‘60s there smelted cast iron twice more than at all plants of Italy and Poland combined. Production stopped in 2009 and then this giant was cut into a scrap metal. -- source link
