gachimushi: shoku-and-awe:umasioamasio: たまごサンドいろいろ https://i.pinimg.com/736x/fb/73/ec/fb73ec674c22f73f07dafda7b7e9055e.jpg @gachimushi, it’s reeeally hard to read, but I see フレンチ “French” and maybe 黄身ソース “egg yolk sauce.” Is that a thing?Some media coverage describes it as 広島県の温泉卵と自家製マヨネーズで作った濃厚な卵クリーム “a rich egg cream made from slow-boiled Hiroshima eggs and homemade mayonnaise.”For me, an egg cream is something awful my mom used to drink (milk, seltzer, and chocolate syrup), so the name is really more off-putting than anything else… Egg cream with mayo…egg yolk sauce…neither sound great. These egg sandwiches will haunt me. The only more cursed egg sandwich is this one: The YouTube video became private but I refuse to let them hide their sins.
