Wrapping your arms protectively around yourself, making yourself as small as possible. You look vulnerable, yet your eyes follow me curiously about the room, as I lay out some of our “play” toys. Do you remember last time? You were so nervous, but it didn’t take long for you to give yourself permission to live in the moment. Will you be quicker to give yourself permission to live in the moment this time.
