uwwl: Thoughts about GLOW Season 3: To make a long story short, I thought the season was crushingly disappointing - especially from a wrestling standpoint. The wrestling part of the show has been completely pushed to the side in favor of the characters moping and bickering with one another. The only episode with a decent amount of wrestling is an episode called “Freaky Tuesday” in which the actresses switch characters (see attached pic), but it was overly goofy. A fundamental creative flaw with the third season is that they make the GLOW show in Las Vegas exactly the same each night (with some exceptions like the episode I just mentioned), which wasn’t how the original GLOW show from the 80’s was at all. Watching season 3 was a depressing waste of my time - I should have spent that time working on more UWWL stories. -- source link
