Over the years I’ve learned a lot about standards and boundaries, the number one thing I learned is that: Our decison is our power And our indecision is often our unconscious weakness that holds us back from fully receiving what we want. To give ourselves full permission overrides all the b.s. that is saying the opposite Our poor boundaries are merely disguised as unclear decisions we are making in our lives The more we get clear on what we are Available for, the easier it becomes to be in alignment with it.
