ditzy-dolls: You’re caught in a loop. You don’t know it yet, but your mind is already snared.  You’ll keep scrolling, thinking things are normal. You’ll keep thinking as if you’re in control of your own mind. Your thoughts will run in the same tracks they always do. But now, they’re moving in circles. You’ll begin to feel something change, but you won’t quite figure it out, because you’ll loop back to the start.  You’re starting right now.You’ll start again in just a moment.  You’re caught in a loop. The rest of the world will go rolling by as you’re blissfully unaware. You’ll just sit here, letting all this happen again and again and again. You’re not in control right now. You can’t break the cycle. Go ahead and say it - “I can’t break the cycle.” You’ll feel good when you do. You don’t understand what it means yet, but there’s a part of you that knows it’s true.
