Who else remembers the food pyramid?! Where fruits and veggies were the foundation of what you should eat?? Does anyone else still make this a priority?? . I try to eat 5-6 servings of veggies a day, and I’m great at it, but what I lack most of the time is variety. (which is super important because different veggies have different nutrients) (I get all my veggies from @superstitionranchfarm They are the bee’s knees). .
