[R E F L E C T I O N S] . . Today I choose to drop a toxic pattern that has chronically plagued my body for most of my life. This pattern is a result of something that I feel I’ve been carrying within my gut for generations. The moment I decided to own my power as a shaman and take a plunge back into Tantra, I knew I would have to face some very difficult traumas. And this is one of them. GUILT. Deep seeded, generational GUILT. I’ve held this energy in my gut for so long, and despite doctors telling me over and over again that my gut was fine and they didn’t see any issues, I’ve had a lifelong battle with constipation and anorexia. When you can’t go to the bathroom, you don’t want to eat. And that pattern takes a toll on you mentally, physically and energetically. I’ve tried so many beneficial diets: vegan, pescatarian (my fav), vegetarian, now KETO. All have helped my physical body eliminate waste, but energetically there’s always been a block. I’m grateful for the healers that have been helping me overcome this cycle through assisting me with energy work. Whether you know it or not, our work together has aided in my forgiveness of something that feels ancestral and ancient. Thank you for helping me get to this point.
